Delivery
After we have confirmed your order, your parcel is usually
delivered within:
● 1 to 4 working days in Sweden
● 5 to 7 working days in Western Europe
● 9 to 12 working days rest of the world
You will be informed through email of any delivery problems
that we are aware of. We will always contact you in a case
of uncertainty.
As a customer you have the right to cancel your order in
case of delivery delays. We will do our utmost to complete
your order. There may be occasions when it is impossible
for us to complete an order, for example when our supplier
cannot carry out their undertakings to us. We reserve the
right to waive any claims on compensation to customer for
delivery delays.
In some cases your delivery may be split. If this would
happen you will be notified about it in the delivery notification.
If the delivery of your order would be split you would
naturally not pay anything extra.
If an item you have ordered is sold out we may send you an
equivalent item. You have the right to return the item and
get money back for the item and the delivery cost
if you are not happy.
Cash-on-delivery is available only in Sweden.
Solen.com is responsible for the delivery risk, i e the risk
that the parcel gets damaged or lost during the transportation
to you. When sending a return the parcel is your responsibility
until it reaches us.
If you do not collect your parcel we will have to charge you €25
to cover our costs.

Return Policy
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase,
simply return the item, in the condition supplied,
within 14 calendar days of receipt.
You may do so without giving us prior notice.
In this case please complete the form accompanying
your order (e g why you are not happy) and enclose
it with the returned goods. During Christmas, from
November to January, this returns period is extended
to 35 calendar days to allow for exchange
or return of gifts.
Please note that gift box and delivery charges
will not be refunded in the case of a return.

Please do not return goods by the cash-on-delivery (COD) method;
goods that are sent against COD will not be collected by iSolen.com.
When we have received the returned goods and approved your return,
we will send you a replacement or refund you as quickly as possible.
Please note that the refund process that normally takes
7 to 10 working days.

Complaints
In the case of a complaint contact us

In the case an item is defective or wrongly dispatched iSolen.com
will pay for the return delivery and replace the item or refund you.
Please complete the form accompanying your order and state why you
return the item and help us to improve our service level in the future:
● wrong item
● wrong number of items
● defective item
Please enclose the form with the returned goods;
remember to state the measure you wish us to take.
If the item is damaged during the transportation you should hand
in the entire parcel with all packing to your post office.
For other faults we will send you an address card so you can send
the item to us free of cost. Please do not return goods by the
cash-on-delivery (COD) method; goods that are sent against COD
will not be collected by iSolen.com.
When we have received the returned item we will send a
replacement or refund you. Please note that this is a process
that normally takes 7 to 10 working days.

Prices
The prices on our goods are in Swedish kronor, SEK. You have the
possibility to see the prices in Euro, British pounds and US
dollars as comparison. The transaction will be completed in
Swedish kronor and will be converted at your bank’s prevailing exchange rate.
All prices include VAT with 25%. The VAT will be deducted from
the price for delivery outside EU.
Please note that shipments outside EU may be subject to import
duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your
country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be
borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot
predict what they may be.
We reserve the right to change the prices without notice.
The price is fixed once the order is confirmed.
The delivery is free for orders over 600 SEK in Sweden and
1000 SEK (€110 / £75 / $135) outside Sweden.
If individual item(s) are returned and the purchase sum
gets below the stated limit level, you will be charged the
delivery charges.
Cash-on-delivery charge is 45 SEK independent of purchase sum (available only in Sweden).
For purchases below 150 SEK an additional charge of
30 SEK will be charged.

Payment
It is important to us that the payment alternatives we
offer are safe and we therefore use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer),
which encrypt all payment transactions.
You can choose between the following payment alternatives:
Pre paid:
You can pay to our postal giro or bank giro. You will receive
an order number when you make your order. This order number
must be stated when you make the payment.
When we have received the payment we will dispatch the goods.
Please note that it takes 3 working days by postal giro and 2
working days by bank giro for the money to reach the destination.
An order is not confirmed until the payment is received for
this payment alternative.
Bank/Credit card:
You can pay with Visa and MasterCard.
Enter your bank/debit or credit card details,
your name as it is stated on the card,
the card’s validity period and the CRC-code,
i e the last 3 digits at the back of the card.
The money is earmarked at your account at the time of order –
iSolen.com charge only once the items ordered have been dispatched.
Cash-on-delivery:
You pay at the postal office or at your home in case of
home delivery (available only in Sweden).
Voucher:
You can also pay with voucher by entering
the number that is stated on the card into the 'Add voucher'
field on the Shopping basket page.
A refund will be made within 10 working days from the day
we have received and confirmed your return.

Vouchers
If you have a voucher, please enter the code
into the 'Add voucher' field on the Shopping basket page.
You obtain a voucher from advertisements and
offers from iSolen.com. You must fill the shopping
basket with items with a value higher than the voucher
value to enable the entire reduction to be visible.
Please note the expiry date of the voucher; it is only valid until stated date.
It is not possible to combine different voucher codes at the same purchase occasion.
